About Eurowings
Eurowings ia a low-cost airline from Germany with its main hub located in Düsseldorf Airport. Eurowings is a sister company from Lufthansa and offers both domestic and European flights. In Summer 2018, more long-haul routes will become available; such as to the Americas as well as in the far East in Asia and Africa.

Eurowings flights typically serve short haul routes or tend to be used for domestic flights. The luggage allowances are different compared to other airlines. Despite this, you'll always be able to take hand luggge on board Eurowings flights.

Maximum hand luggage allowance: hand luggage has a size limit of 55 x 40 x 23 cm and is not allowed to be heavier than 8 kg. You can take folded garment bags can be up to 57 x 54 x 15 cm in size. |

Personal hand luggage: In addition to hand luggage, passengers are permitted to bring a small item of luggage into the cabin such as a laptop bag or a handbag, for example. The maximum dimension for this should be no larger than 40 x 30 x 10 cm in size. |

Hold luggage rules for Eurowings flights: Any other items of luggage weighing 23kg can be purchased on top upon reserving you ticket. This luggage will be put in the hold of the aircraft. Should you bring extra hand luggage to take in the cabin, you can book extra for £8 per item. If you add any extra pieces of luggage when you're at the airport, an additional fee of £30 per item will be charged - so make sure to do it beforehand online! The fee charged depends on the route. |
